Dr. Michael Klingerman grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania, graduating from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, while also completing a minor in psychology. He went on to attain his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University in 2001, and completed his internal medicine residency at Scranton Temple Residency Program in 2004. During that residency, Dr. Klingerman received the Golden Stethoscope Award, voted by peers to be presented to the senior resident who had the greatest impact on his peers’ education.
